This is the first E.T.T.A National Cadet League season, a league designed for the younger player in their developing years.

The league has been scheduled to play over four weekends and will compete simultaneously at centers strategically situated around the country.

At the season end divisional winners (possibly runner up, depending on numbers and schedule) will be invited to compete for the title National League Champions at Holme Pierrepoint National Sports Centre Nottingham, home of the E.T.T.A National Academy for table tennis.
